Discovering and tasting local traditions in one of the most popular district of Naples: Quartieri Spagnoli, the beating heart of Naples.

A slow-paced walk along Quartieri Spagnoli to enjoy the city’s atmosphere and taste its local food. Quartieri Spagnoli is a historical part of Naples, home to many ancient palaces, exquisite churches linked to many legends and fascinating tales, and hosting several artisan shops. We’ll walk up and down through the vibrant alleys where one can discover the typical Neapolitan houses called bassi and taste local food.

Not only tradition: by exploring Quartieri Spagnoli one can find spray paint artworks made by famous street artists.

The second life of Quartieri Spagnoli. In the past, this area was considered unsafe due to its crime bulletins and hostile neighborhoods. Lately, this district has started living a second life thanks to several of local associations involved in social projects. We’ll meet some of them and listen to their stories and fact concerning their daily lives.
