Journey to Piedmont, relaxation in the mountains between nature and local culinary specialties
“Between woods and golden valleys, between the rugged cliffs a song of love echoes …”
This is the first verse of the famous Italian song “La Montanara” written in 1927 by the mountaineer composer Toni Ortelli, Inspired by the vision of the Alps that can be enjoyed from Pian della Mussa in Piedmont.
At the foot of the plain lies Balme, the cradle of mountaineering and vacationing since the early 1900s. Our holiday is characterized by nature, food and wine and traditions linked to the Occitan culture.
Alpine huts and cheese tastings await us, stories of ancient Celtic myths will keep us company and in the evening dinners with typical products will make the holiday unforgettable.
A trip designed for those who love walking in the mountains while not being an expert hiker. An instructor will introduce us to the Walk in Balance philosophy, a new walking technique, suitable for everyone, which will allow us to discover the beauty of the area in total tranquility and with little effort.
